You can apply for Thailand LTR Visa from Thailand or from Overseas, Both ways are applicable.

How Long does It take for the Documents Submitted to be reviewed

It takes up to 20 Working Days from the day of Documents Submissions to be reviewed and Send the Notification to the applicant on whether he/she has been approved or not.

Application Process for LTR Visa

First Step: Registration and Submission

As a First Step, you will need to register and Submit an Online application in which you will Submit all the Supportive and required documents Showing that you are eligible to get approved for the LTR Visa.

Documents review and verification

Then, the Documents will be reviewed and revised by Several Departments including the BOI (Thailand Board of Investment) to make sure that the documents meet the requirements needed and Support the Eligible Criteria.

All documents will be reviewed within 20 Days from the day of Submission.

Approval and Visa Issuance

The Qualified applicants will be notified that they have been approved and met all the requirements needed for the LTR Visa, and will then be able to get the Visa issued.

For the People who have applied for the Visa and are in Thailand, they Can Proceed to an Immigration office in Thailand for Visa issuance. For the Ones who have applied from overseas, They can proceed to the nearest Thai Embassy or Thai Consulate to get the Visa Issued.

You can Proceed to the Immigration Offices or the Thai Embassies within Maximum of 60 days from the date of Issuance of the Endorsement letter.

Thailand LTR Visa Processing Fee

The Processing fee for Thailand LTR Visa is 50,000 Thai Baht per person for the 10 Years Visa with Multiple Entry, and it has to be paid at the Visa Issuance location.

Collecting Digital Work Permit

For the Applications who are Working in Thailand or Considering working In Thailand, they can Collect the Digital Work Permit from the Department of Employment at One Stop Service Center for Visa and Work Permit.

The Processing fee to Maintain a Digital Work Permit is 3,000 Thai Baht Per Year.
